Females are the back bone to any bulls herd, we take pride in our females at J&S Ranch. The herd is full of powerful producers who are high performing and raise the quality calves we expect every year. Most of the females of our herd go back many generations of J&S breeding.

The power of genetics is one that we focus on, breeding bulls that are going to produce calves that are low birthweight, high weaning and yearling weights, and have high milk and maternal performance. This combination is one that can work for any cattleman, from purebred, to commercial, seedstock, and more.

A bull is only as useful as his performance. If a bull is unable to go out and breed cows on any given day, he is not useful to the cattleman. We back our bulls ability to perform with a one year guarantee, as well as requiring all bulls leaving the farm to have passed a semen check to ensure breeding quality.
